I did the Thurday workout. The workouts were: runing n the spot, wall sits, burpee, and squats.
The first work out I did was running on the spot. Runing on the Spot is staying in a spot and running as fast as you can.
The next workout I did was wall sits.Wall sits is pretending siting in a chair but using the wall.
Then I did Squats Sqauts is like bending down like your on the toliet..
The last workout I did was burpees. Burpees is going into a pressup then pushing up with a jump.
I enjoyed these workouts because I didn't feel like I was going to collapse on my wall sits.
