Thursday Workout

  I did the Thurday workout. The workouts were: runing on the spot, wall sits, burpee, and squats. 

 The Tuatahi workout I did was running on the spot. Runing on the Spot is staying in a spot and running as fast as you can. 

The A Tera workout I did was wall sits. Wall sits is pretending to sit in a chair but using the wall. 

Ina I did Squats. Squats is  bending down like your on the toliet..

The I Tera workout I did was burpees. Burpees is going into a pressup then pushing up with a jump. 

I felt tired at the start because I forgot to take a break after my first workout. Next time I finish the workout I should be more buff.
