 I read a non-fiction book by Raymond Huber 

The main topic is about Earth system. 

The Earth acts as a giant magnet because there is a metal core in the centre of the Earth. Why is it cold in winter and hot in summer? Because the planet Earth is not sitting straight in space, it is on a tilt. The part of earth that is leaning towards the has more daylight hours and warmer temperatures.The earth beneath you feet is spinning around in space at a speed of about 30 km per second. Luckily, the force of gravity keeps you from getting dizzy.

I enjoyed reading this book because I learnt more information about the solar system.
